Maggie and Matt live right next door and have been caring for the property since the very beginning 5+ years ago and lived in the area for over 20+ years. They raise Horses, Goats, Chickens, and keep their own Bees for homemade honey. They offer organic eggs, honey, and firewood for sale when avilable and are avid local fishermen with deep knowledge of the area. They’re nearby for local tips, safety support, quick assistance, or anything else giving you peace of mind throughout your stay.

About 45 minutes (35 miles). We recommend stocking up on groceries in Redding before heading to the cabin.
Is the pool really heated year-round?
Yes! Our indoor heated pool stays warm all year. Swim in summer heat or winter snow — the pool is always ready.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! We welcome well behaved, house trained pets. The 3.5 acre property gives them plenty of room to explore.
What if I need to cancel?
Full refund if you cancel 30+ days before check-in, 50% refund for 14-29 days. We’re flexible — just reach out.
